Sitaras Fitness - Personal Trainer

Sitaras Fitness is a serious, result oriented, personal training gym located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Our goal is to help our clients attain excellent physical condition in a state of the art fitness center. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our facility and the privacy devoted to each client’s session.

Sitaras offers a no-injury strength-training methodology. New members begin by getting assessed over 6 to 12 one-hour sessions that gauge flexibility, muscle strength, endurance, body fat, and cardio respiratory capacity. After the process is complete, Sitaras designs strength-building workouts to be executed under his direction or one of his many qualified trainers. This is followed by continuous assessment, goal establishment and evaluation.

This is a trainer-only gym described by the owner, John Sitaras, as the “Harvard of Fitness”, thanks not only to the caliber of the clients but also to the dedication required to be accepted in the first place.

“Interviewing potential clients is a must,” says Sitaras. “I need to see if the candidate is serious, why they want to be here and if they are the right fit for the place. “Our members, especially now, see working out as a necessity not a luxury”.

Situated 12 floors above the bustle of mid town, Sitaras Fitness caters to discerning clientele dedicated to all aspects of physical fitness: endurance, strength, performance and aesthetics. We are located in the Architects & Designers Building 150 East 58th Street New York, New York.
